What Personal Data Do You Collect?

Information you give us
Many of our Communications Services require you to enrol for a [Brooke Evans Ironbridge account]. These automatic identifiers are anonymous unless you provide additional information to us (such as by filling out a form on our website) that connects the automatic identifiers to you.
Information we collect when you are logged into or accessing a Communication Service, in addition to information we obtain about you, may be associated with your Brooke Evans Ironbridge contact record. When information is associated with your Brooke Evans Ironbridge contact record, we treat it as personal information.

External web services
We may use external web services within Communications Services mostly to display content within our web pages. For example, to show videos we may use YouTube.
This is not an exhaustive or complete list of the services we use, or might use in the future, when embedding content. How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?
We retain information for as long as is reasonable for the original purpose for which it was collected and for furthering our legitimate interest in marketing our products and services. In general, we retain data for marketing activities related to a customer for as long as they remain a customer. We also retain data used for marketing activities for leads and prospects for a reasonable amount of time to determine if there is any interest or engagement.
In all cases, you are given the right to opt out of receiving further marketing communications. In that case, we will only retain the amount of information needed to be sure we do not contact you again for direct marketing purposes.
